Frequently Asked Questions

How long until my order ships?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How long is delivery?

Standard delivery is 10-14 business days door-to-door. Some items ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 5-9 business days.

Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from our international warehouse network. Most orders ship via YunExpress, DHL, or USPS depending on the destination.

Can I get a refund if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 business days of the ship date, contact us and we’ll resolve it — either reship at no cost, or full refund. We do not issue refunds within the standard 10-14 day delivery window.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. Delivery times vary by destination.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at curtis.shaw392@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the destination.
